Overview

If you think something on a Sterdts Knowledge Base page is unclear, incorrect, or out of date, please report it through the Contact Us path on the Sterdts website.

This helps Sterdts keep the Knowledge Base accurate, useful, and maintainable.

What to report

You can report:

unclear wording
outdated information
broken links
missing source references
possible customs or regulatory wording issues
incorrect terminology
missing South Africa context
confusing route or country variation wording
a video transcript that does not match the article
a page that may need review after an official source changed

What this page is not for

This page is not for:

requesting a freight quote
sending shipment documents
asking for live customs duty calculations
requesting legal, customs, tax, immigration, insurance, or compliance advice
requesting urgent shipment updates
submitting confidential shipment information
asking Sterdts to classify goods from a tariff perspective through a public form

For quote requests or shipment-specific support, use the relevant Sterdts contact or service page.

What to include

Where possible, include:

the page URL
the section heading
the sentence or explanation you believe is incorrect or outdated
what you believe should be corrected
any official source or reference that supports the correction
your contact details, if you would like a reply

Please do not include sensitive documents, full invoices, customs entries, passports, identity documents, or confidential shipment records through a general error report.

How reports are handled

Reports are reviewed and, where needed, articles are corrected and updated.

A report may lead to:

wording clarification
source checking
article correction
changelog update
internal review for higher-risk customs or regulatory topics

Not every report will result in a change, but credible reports help improve the Knowledge Base.
