Compliance — proof you can verify

Sterdts (Pty) Ltd publishes this page so customers, partners, insurers, banks, and procurement teams can quickly find the compliance and proof documents most often requested. Each item includes a plain-language explanation so the page is useful even if you never download a PDF.

General guidance only; requirements vary by shipment and circumstance. This page is not legal advice.

How to use this page

  • Use the Index to jump to the exact proof item you need (available on desktop only).

  • Read the "What this is / In plain language" first to confirm it applies to your purpose (onboarding, tender, insurer, bank, etc.).

  • If a document is marked “available on request”, request it via contactus (Questions tab) (we can usually provide a controlled or redacted copy).

  • For everyday “what do I need for a quote / shipment?” questions, start at faq.
